Key Responsibilities
- Support client subsystem architecture, software development, and deployment for the company and clients
- Analyze customer requirements, develop products accordingly, and resolve issues during development
- Ensure customer satisfaction through Q&A and build long-term client relationships
- Other CS engineering-related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of CXL specifications and analog/digital design flow
- Proactive attitude with leadership skills to persuade and manage clients
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing customer requirements and defining/documenting software architecture
- Understanding of system, hardware, and software interactions
- Experience in system development and debugging
- Ability to manage and analyze customer issues
- Proficient in English communication
